Since I had to go to Salt Lake for the orthopedic appointment, we decided to take the kiddos and make a weekend of it. We got to Lehi Saturday afternoon and spent the remainder of that day, that night, and Sunday morning with my dad and Jeannette. It was fun to just chill! Sunday after the morning conference session, we headed to Phil and Melissa's for the rest of the weekend. We had dinner, played games, watched movies, ate the BEST chocolate cake ever, and just enjoyed being with family - it was pretty darn close the the perfect weekend. Here are a few pictures...

Looks like a fun weekend, sorry to hear about your knee, that really does suck! I have always wanted to take up biking, so if I ever get a bike I would definitely go with you!
Hey Becky, Looks like a fun weekend. I was just getting caught up on your blog and that does suck about your knee. I am not a big fan of running but feel so bad for you. I think it is great you are going to take up biking, I suck at it but will go with you some time. In the summer we should go swim laps, or do water aerobics. By the way I love your April fools dinner, how fun. My James hates it when I change the food weird colors, but the kids love it, so that means James vote doesn't count. Good Job! Sorry about the long comment, but I had a lot of catching up to do.
I love the bedtime photos. All the kids just lined up in a bundle-So cute. Isn't that what it's all about-family and togetherness. Glad you got to have a perfect weekend.

Glad you guys had fun! Cousins are awesome. I'm sorry about your knee... I hope you can find some kind of exercise you will love. It makes all the difference (as you already know).
It looks like you guys had a fun visit with family up there. And I had to say, Nicole's idea about water aerobics is not bad. That's some real, low impact exercise.

So sorry about your knee. I know how frustrated that makes you - especially since you LOVE to run! Keep your chin up, things will get better. Oh, and kids do grow up way too fast. Just wait . . . pretty soon your baby will be going to Prom!!!
