BEST BUDDIES....

When I asked them to turn to me for a picture, Steven yelled, "Silly." So, apparently, this is Steven and Oaklee being silly! :)



Had to get one more "silly" in. Then the real work came...they had to actually help with the cookies...the camera lady had to help with that a little more, so there are not any pictures of the actual cookie making process! Too bad...but, the cookies turned out GREAT!!!

Oaklee and Steven have become the greatest of friends. On New Year's Eve they helped me make cookies...gotta love the matching aprons. And, on New Year's Day they played under the umbrella at the cabin.

At one point JC asked Steven, "Who's your buddy?" To which Steven quickly replied, "Oaklee." Well, JC was not too thrilled with that, so he asked, "What about Dad?" And Steven came back with, "What about Oaklee?" Gotta love the quick wit of the kiddos!!! What a blessing to have cousins that are also your greatest friends!
