James was approached earlier this year about having Brittany play on Thorne Bay's basketball team. She hasn't played for a few years, but thought it would be fun. Especially because her cousin, Liz would also be on the team. They had a GREAT season and I had so much fun watching the girls improve each game. They only had 5 girls TOTAL (barely enough for a team), so for the final tournament, they had to create a mixed team with boys and girls and play the boys bracket...they did FABULOUS. Brittany and Liz both stepped up their game for the tournament. It was so much fun watching them!
PS - the pictures are a bit grainy...still trying to figure out HOW to take pictures in the gym.
